Shipping & Processing
Orders are usually processed 1 or 2 days after we receive them depending on the number of orders in the queue and the time of the year. If you receive an email from Softball Solutions displaying an order status of 'Completed', that simply means we have processed your order and it will be shipped that day or the following business day. 'Table Rate' shipping is via U.S.Postal Services Mail, which will arrive about 3-4 business days from the day it is SHIPPED. Typical turnaround is about a week (give or take a day or two) from the day you order. If a personal check or money order is used to pay, a 5-10 day waiting period will apply as the check clears. eChecks take 4-5 days to clear. Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on the dollar amount purchased. In the checkout process, you can click the 'Estimate Shipping' button to see what your shipping charges will be for the items in your cart. Orders exceeding $500.00 receive free shipping. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
Most items may be returned for a refund providing they are in the original packaging, in new condition and you CONTACT US WITHIN 14-DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE (we have delivery confirmation). **NOTE** If you destroy the packaging and the product cannot be hung back up on the display to sell it as a new item, we will not refund your money and you will be required to pay for the shipping to return the item to you. Once an EMask has been installed on a helmet, neither the helmet nor the EMask may be returned. There are no refunds on CDs, DVDs, videos or other digital media or on clearance items. IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM, YOU MUST CONTACT US TO RECEIVE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, REFUNDS, STORE CREDITS AND EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE 'RETURNED TO SENDER'. We do not refund shipping or assembly fees. There is a 15% restocking fee on any returned item. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges and returns.
Modifying an Order That Has Been Placed
Once an order is placed it cannot be modified. If you need to change your order, you must contact us at 512-657-6632. Often you can make a follow-up order and we can put it in the same box as the original order without increasing the shipping fee. Otherwise, the order has to be canceled, refunded and placed again.
We do not have a minimum order policy.
Safety of Products
Use common sense. Please only use these products as directed. Any damages caused by improper use of these products including installation, are the responsibility of the user, not Softball Solutions.
Softball Solutions is located in Cedar Park, Texas and all disputes will be handled as appropriate under Texas law.
